At Pho Flavor, ingredient transparency is not a trend — it is our standard. We are proud to be a no-seed-oil restaurant, meaning we intentionally avoid commonly used industrial seed oils and instead cook with avocado oil and beef tallow.

Our commitment to clean cooking has been independently verified by Seed Oil Scout, a third-party organization that reviews restaurant ingredient usage and cooking practices.

Pho Flavor is verified by Seed Oil Scout for avoiding industrial seed oils in our cooking. This means we do not use oils such as:

  • Soybean oil
  • Canola oil
  • Corn oil
  • Sunflower oil
  • Safflower oil
  • Vegetable oil blends

Instead, our kitchen uses only:

  • Avocado oil
  • Beef tallow

For guests following a low-carb or keto lifestyle, Pho Flavor offers konjac noodles as a substitute for traditional rice noodles. Konjac noodles are made from the konjac root, a plant native to East and Southeast Asia, and are naturally low in carbohydrates.

This option allows customers to:

  • Customize their bowl to fit dietary preferences
  • Maintain texture similar to traditional noodles
